Cooking classes are held directly in guest villa for groups of 5 or more.

The hands on class is based around the best local ingredients in season, and includes making

antipasto, pasta, secondo & dolce ....

followed by a lunch with wine

(eating what we just made, of course!).

For guests lucky enough to stay in a villa equipped with a wood burning pizza oven,

I can come to you with my famous 36 hour pizza dough and

all the toppings!
We have a great time creating personal pizzas for everyone!
